Administration

Money may be placed on an inmate’s account and can be used by the inmate for both phone calls and ordering commissary.  There are a variety of ways to place money on an inmate’s account:

Money can be dropped off at the Sheriff’s Office Trailers during administration office hours 8:00am – 4:00pm with no service fee.

There is a kiosk at the Boone County Courthouse in the Rotunda; the kiosk accepts cash and credit cards.  Money can be dropped off 8:00am-4pm during normal Courthouse hours M-F excluding County Holidays; there is a usage fee of $4.00 for each transaction.  This fee is not profited to the Sheriff’s office; fees are for kiosk rental.

Money orders can be mailed to: the Boone County Jail, 1905 Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon IN  46052, attn.: Inmate Accounts.  Make the Money Order payable to the inmate. Personal Checks are not accepted.
