ICSolutions is providing a video visitation system that will allow family, friends and professionals the ability to schedule a visit from your home or office computer.

Due to construction each inmate will receive three free “home” visits.  Any additional visits will be for a fee of $12.50 for a 25 minute visit.

Please read all of the rules completely prior to moving forward. Not knowing the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for not following them. Disobeying any rules may result in you being banned from visiting detainees or criminal charges being pursued when applicable.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must remain with their parent or guardian at all times.

Cell Phones and Electronic Device Policy:

• Cell phones or electronic devices are not to be used during visitation with an inmate.
• Visitors are NOT allowed to take pictures of an inmate incarcerated in our facility.
• Visitors are NOT allowed to let an inmate view web site/pictures on their cell phone.
• Visitors are NOT to post pictures of an inmate on any Social Media site.
• Any violation of the above Cell Phone and Electronic Device Policy will result in termination of the visit and, may be placed on permanent visiting restrictions.

Visitors involved in the following will not be allowed to visit, and may be placed on permanent visiting restrictions:

• Visitors that create a disturbance or disruption during visitation.
• Visitors under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Visitors that refuse to show sufficient identification.
• Visitors that act in an inappropriate manner during their visitation.
• Bringing firearms, explosives,, alcoholic beverages, narcotics or any controlled substances including marijuana into this facility is a crime and cause for arrest.

Other Rules:

• All visits are subject to monitoring and recording
• These same rules apply when visiting with an inmate via your home computer/electronic device.

Visitor Registration

Registration is mandatory in order to participate in a visitation session with an inmate at this facility.

Information gathered during registration:

• Allows the visitation system to recognize your rights as a visitor at this facility.
• Ensures the visitors are authorized to participate in a visit and have been approved by the facility for future visits.

The Visitation Scheduling process will:

• Ensure that Video visitation equipment is available for your visit.
• Ensure that only approved people can visit with an inmate at this facility.
• All visits will be scheduled based on policies for visitation as set forth by the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Visitor Registration Instruction Guide

• From Internet Explorer or Google Chrome on your computer, go to www.ICSolutions.com
• Log into your ICSolutions PrePaid Account or click enter your information and create an account.
• Select the option to register for video
• Enter the facility name
• Enter the inmates last name or ID number
• Select your relationship to the inmate
• Fill in the required fields to complete your profile.
• Click register
• Click Done

Visitation System Visitor Scheduling Instructions Guide:

• From Internet Explorer or Google Chrome on your computer, go to www.ICSolutions.com
• Log into your ICSolutions PrePaid Account
• Click Schedule New Visit
• Enter the facility name
• Read the rules and Click Agree to continue
• Enter inmate name or ID number
• Select the location you will visit from
• Select an available date
• Select an available time slot
• Click Done
• Confirm all Information is Correct
• Click Confirm
• Click Done
• Your visits will be displayed on the home screen of your account
• To cancel your visit Click Cancel

Home Video Visits

Once you have completed registration you can continue on to schedule visits.

If you are planning on visiting from home, you will need to confirm that you have sufficient funds in your PrePaid account (Off-site Visits cost $12.50 for a 25 minute visit) in order to schedule a visit.

If you need to add funds simply click the “Fund” button visit.

Next select the payment method

Enter Payment amount.
